We are looking for a native English speaker to join our team in Madrid as a Content Creator. The main role is to oversee the daily social media operations of a unique project for a global sporting partner with an in deep strategic and creative approach.

Ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively with both the client and their platforms for one of the biggest brands in sport. This includes creation and delivery of social media content and the handling of community management across all relevant platforms. The person should have a depth of knowledge in sports and sports media as well as a genuine interest in social causes such as equality and diversity.

• Native English speaker
• Community management (FB, IG, TW)
• Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing concepts
• Proven experience working in social media environment, including responsibility for posting to all major platforms
• Able to oversee multiple projects at once, specifically campaigns and content plans (both branded and organic)
• Conceptualise, plan, produce, and publish creative social media content.
• Develop a toolkit for managing social media handles (tone of voice, aesthetic, etc.)
• Build a strategic roadmap for content publishing, this should build momentum into the next iteration of the Olympic Games.
• Follow the stories of each of the members of the team closely (outside of the Olympic period)
• Journalist skills: formatting and displaying human interest stories
• Reporting and social media analytics
• Develop a close relationship and workflow with other departments to align on strategic organisational approach.
• Travelling flexibility to cover event abroad.

• Proven understanding of enterprise level social media tools and capabilities
• Social media measurement, analytics and monitoring tools
• Understanding of organisational tools and platforms for managing digital content and workflows
• Comfortable with presenting reports in front of large teams, both in person and online
• Knowledge of sports.
